DEPOSITS POLICY
In order to secure your reservation, we require a deposit of 25% of the total stay, or a current credit card number (with expiry date). A 25% charge of the total stay will be levied to your credit card on confirmation of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Villa South Pacific is a small retreat and late cancellations have a significant impact. If a reservation is cancelled the following applies;

• Deposit refunds are paid in full up to 90 days prior to arrival
• For notice of cancellations of less than 90 days, a full refund may be given if another booking can be secured over the same period

We recommend that you have travel insurance to cover cancellations in unfortunate circumstances.
